UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion Sleep Disorders Center offers support and education groups for people with sleep disorders:

A.W.A.K.E.

Alert, Well, And Keeping Energetic is a support and educational group for people with sleep apnea, and their families. This is an ongoing quarterly meeting, with guest speakers to talk on topics relating to sleep apnea, and time for socializing, and support. It is free of charge.  Friends and family members are encouraged to attend.  Free street parking around the hospital is available.  Refreshments will be served.
